We offer medical coverage to Assistant Managers, Store Shift Leads and eligible Cashiers which includes major medical benefits that comply with HealthCare Reform regardless of the state in which you work or live. Assistant Managers and Store Shift Leads are eligible to enroll in coverage after you start working with us, and your coverage begins after satisfying a 90 day waiting period. Cashiers are eligible if they average 30 hours per week in their anniversary year. Each year thereafter cashiers are eligible if you average a minimum 30 hours per week during Murphy USA's 12 month standard measurement period
Assistant Managers also receive company provided life insurance of $12,500 and the option to purchase additional coverage for themselves and their dependents.
We offer our Assistant Managers and Store Shift Leads up to 40 hours of paid vacation based on the average of actual work hours in the prior year. Additionally you are eligible for up to 80 hours of paid vacation after 3 years of service, and up to 120 hours after 5 years of service.
Our Cashiers also earn paid vacation of up to 25 hours based on the average of actual work hours in the prior year.
At Murphy USA we offer a profit sharing plan designed to help you save for retirement.
Murphy USA offers a profit sharing plan for Assistant Managers, Store Shift Leads and Cashiers. This plan doesn't allow employee contributions. You automatically participate in this plan after one year of service if you are 21 years of age or older and are still working with Murphy USA on the last day of each plan year. We will make annual cash contributions (the amount varies each year), and it's up to you to direct your investments. You are vested in this plan after three years.
