Further development opportunities are provided during national and local meetings. For our Home Office team members, we offer development opportunities through instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training and roundtables. We also value continuing education credit opportunities for those team members where further education is required to support their professional growth at Murphy USA.
All team members are provided competency development opportunities through our Competency Development Guide that provides development guidance for education, experience, and exposure. Salaried team members and all Home Office team members are provided competency development opportunities via an on-line learning platform. We also offer tuition reimbursement for business-related degree programs.
We know that empowering development isn’t a one-size-fits-all. We celebrate everyone’s individual needs, and we work hard to ensure you get the resources you need for your unique career journey. While we provide formal mentoring opportunities for certain positions as an output of our Talent Reviews, we also encourage informal mentoring that is employee driven.
