Murphy USA provides a comprehensive initial functional training program for all levels of our Sales and Operations team, from Cashier to District Manager. Our Store Managers and District Managers are required to successfully complete training from a Certified Training Professional.
Further development opportunities are provided during National meetings, and regularly-scheduled mini-development modules.
For our Home Office team members, Murphy USA provides development opportunities through instructor led training and cohort round tables. Murphy USA provides continuing education credit opportunities for those team members where continuing education credits are required to support their professional designation if related to their position at Murphy USA.
All Murphy USA team members are provided competency development opportunities via our on-line learning platform, Skillsoft and a robust competency development guide that provides development guidance for education, experience and exposure. Murphy USA is pleased to also offer tuition reimbursement for business-related degree programs for Sales and Operations management positions and all Home Office team members. Murphy USA also provides required compliance training.
